Our team provides detailed planning, execution, and management, ensuring your projects are completed on time and within budget. Our work scope packages are limited to the mechanical services detailed on our expertise page.
Benefits of Work Scope services:
Access to Specialized Teams: Our SOW services provide OEMs with access to highly specialized, self-managed teams who are experts in their fields. This allows your organization to focus on critical work scopes while ensuring other tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
Seamless Integration: Our project management team integrates seamlessly into your existing structure, ensuring that your vision and goals for the overall project are aligned. This ensures smooth coordination and minimizes disruptions, facilitating a cohesive workflow.
Adherence to OEM Standards: We follow your method statements and ensure that all work is signed off by your Technical Field Advisors and Field Engineers. This guarantees that the quality of the work meets your specific standards, providing peace of mind and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customizable Solutions: Our SOW packages are highly flexible and can be tailored to cover a single work scope or an entire mechanical overhaul. Whether you need us to supply tooling or use your own, we adapt to your specific requirements, offering a solution that fits your needs.

Request for Quotation
The process begins when the customer issues an RFQ. These can be for a single work scope or a Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) covering several work scopes over an extended period.
Initial Meeting
A meeting is scheduled to understand the RFQ in detail and agree on the Division of Responsibilities (DoR) between our team and the customer.
Commercial Proposal Submission
Based on the RFQ and enquiry meeting, we prepare and submit a detailed commercial proposal outlining the costs, timeline, and deliverables.
Contract Award
Upon agreement of the proposal, a formal contract is awarded, solidifying the terms and conditions of the project.
Pre-Project Planning Meeting
A comprehensive planning meeting with the customer to outline project specifics, timelines, resources, and responsibilities.
Pre-Project Progress Meeting
A meeting showcasing the work done up to the project’s inception. This includes sharing project schedules, resource allocation, risk assessments, HSE preparation, training requirements, and logistics and tooling planning.
Project Start
The project officially begins with our team executing the agreed work scopes on-site.
Daily & Weekly Reporting
Regular reports are provided to the customer detailing the progress of the project, any issues encountered, and plans for the upcoming period.
Project Completion Sign-Off
Once the work scopes are completed, a formal sign-off is obtained from the customer, confirming that all work has been completed to their satisfaction.
Completion Report
A detailed report is compiled summarizing the project, including all work performed, any issues encountered and resolved, and overall project performance.
Project Review Meeting
A meeting to review the project, discuss lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement. This meeting helps in implementing changes for future projects.
