1. What level of English do I need to apply?

Applicants must have at least B1 English proficiency, as English is the standard language used across turbine, power plant and outage environments.

2. Do I need previous turbine experience?

Turbine experience is strongly preferred. Many roles require a minimum understanding of gas or steam turbines, and hands-on experience will significantly improve your application score.

3. Are there opportunities for training and development?

4. Will I need to travel for work?
